Ben Kirby, Superintendent of Lake Orion Community Schools, has spent his life learning from others and understanding the value others have as they interact with the world.

Inspired by those who have positively impacted him, he launched a podcast in early 2023, to recognize the amazing people that have shaped him, inspired him, and given him hope as he has navigated his career as an educator.

And the people who he has witnessed be Champions of Hope and Leadership for the tens of thousands of students and adults who have crossed his path. Guests may have a tie to the Orion community or simply an individual who is positively impacting the world.
