Families residing within the LOCS district attendance boundaries may enroll their K-12 student(s) at any time throughout the year for the 2018-19 school year.

Enrollment for the 2019-20 school year will begin March 19, 2019. Details will be available as that date approaches.

Once you have completed your online enrollment via PowerSchool Registration and scheduled your appointment using the appointment scheduler link, please come in person with your Requirements for Enrollment.

Kindergarten

Kindergarten information nights for residents will be March 6, 2019 at 6:30 p.m. at the neighborhood elementary schools.

Kindergarten Registration will start March 19, 2019 at the CERC Building from 11 a.m.-1 p.m. and 2 p.m.-6:30 p.m.

School-Of-Choice

Schools of Choice Application for the 2019-2020 school year will be posted here in March.

Application Period: April 8 - May 8, 2019

Eligible Students: Grades K-8, Grades 10-12 at Learning Options High School, Post-secondary special needs ages 18-26.

Application Availability:  LakeOrionSchools.org/SOC; all school buildings' Central Enrollment office

Application Submission:  Hand-deliver to Central Enrollment office at CERC Building (455 E. Scripps Rd, North Entrance, Door #10)  Please park behind the building.

Process:  If applications exceed space, a lottery will be held May 15, 2019.  Selected applicants will be notified by May 17, must enroll by June 7.

Note: Lake Orion Community Schools does not provide transportation to Schools-of-Choice students. Those enrolled in the program are expected to arrive and depart from school on time.
