Free/Reduced Benefits

Be sure to apply for Free and Reduced Benefits online at the lakeorion.familyportal.cloud. Eligibility for programs (including P-EBT) are based on Free and Reduced status but you MUST complete a “Sharing Permissions” form for the information to be shared with specified program.  You must apply for the Free/Reduced benefit every school year.  Complete one application per household. You will be notified by email if you qualify.

If you qualified for a free or reduced-price meal last year, we will use last year’s eligibility for the first 30 operating days.

Please Note: We highly encourage all families to fill out this form. Many of the supplemental grants and federal aid our school district receives are based on the total approved free and reduced meal applications. These funds enhance the educational opportunities of our students.
