PRE-K BLEND

The Lake Orion Community Schools Pre-K Blend Program is a cooperative endeavor between the Lake Orion Early Childhood Department and the Lake Orion Community Schools Special Education Department. By incorporating research based programming and access to specialized resources, the Pre-K Blend classroom provides rich educational experiences for all 3 and 4 year old students. Pre-K Blend classrooms are supported by two teachers, one through the Early Childhood Program, and one through the Early Childhood Special Education Department. A Para-Professional supports students on a daily basis. In addition, other ancillary supports (ie. Speech Therapist, School Psychologist, Occupational and Physical Therapist) are also available to support students on an as needed basis.
