Important information regarding athletics:

Sports Physicals and Emergency Forms:
Before a student can tryout and participate in a sport, they must have a physical examination by a physician certifying that the student is physically able to compete in athletics. This physical must take place on April 15, 2023, or later in order to be valid for the current school year.

Final Forms:
All students must be registered through FinalForms before a student can tryout and participate in a sport.

Pay to Participate athletic fee:

  • There is a one-time Pay to Participate fee of $260 for middle school students to participate in athletics and covers the entire school year. Payment of the fee will not be due until one week after the team has been selected. There is no fee to try-out for any team.
  • An athlete may not participate in a scrimmage or contest until a “pay to participate contract” is completed and the fee has been paid. (The form is attached to this email and can also be found on the Oakview website below Oakview Parents, School Forms.)
  • A reduction in the pay to participate fee for athletics is available to students and parents with financial hardship. To be considered for these reductions, interested parties must contact the Athletic Office at the high school at 248.693.5458.
