Welcome Letter from Principal

Dear Orion Oaks Families,

I am thrilled and honored to be the principal of Orion Oaks Elementary School! This is my second year at Orion Oaks and 19th year in Lake Orion as an administrator. Prior to that, I taught elementary school for 9 years in the Bay City Public Schools and in the Troy School District.

Orion Oaks Elementary is known as a high performing school in our district and county. I am excited to work alongside the incredible staff, students, and parents to continue the great traditions, amazing learning environment, and high academic achievement. My goal is to continue to provide a supportive environment that will enable our students and staff to succeed. My belief is that strong relationships are the key to that success and will be my highest priority in my role as principal.

I am excited to meet each of you, whether at school events, open house, parent-teacher conferences, or just popping into school! Your feedback, ideas, and involvement are encouraged and welcomed!
