We do not belong to any state or national affiliation, we do not support any political platforms, and we keep all the funds that we raise for our school. Volunteering is not a huge time commitment and your participation is appreciated on any level, whether it’s serving on the PTO board, attending monthly meetings, helping with student and staff events, or simply sharing your ideas. We provide an excellent opportunity for parents to meet one another, get comfortable with the school and its staff, and support each other’s common goals. We have a lot of fun in the process! Some opportunities are also available for LOHS students who need volunteering hours fro graduation and NHS. Please join one of our meetings or contact our PTO board if you would like to get involved!
Friends and Fun Nights:
The PTO sponsors 2-3 evenings throughout the year, when current Scripps students can come to the school and have some safe fun with their classmates. These events usually include music, games and food. We rely on parent volunteers to plan and supervise the Friends and Fun Nights.
