Home Learning Resources

There is no replacing the interactions between teachers and students. But we can offer suggestions and supports to help our students stay engaged through this unprecedented disruption in their education. Our intent is to offer flexible academic options for our students, understanding the family support varies, due to personal circumstances.

Below you will find links for Grades DK-8 by week. Each grade level has a Home Learning plan that is grade-level specific.

Grades DK-5 may have additional attachments that enhance the activity from the template, which are listed below the template.

Grades 6-8, all attachments are embedded into the Home Learning template.

If there are questions about the activities or need support with any suggested activity, please reach out to the child’s classroom teacher.

Technology Help Desk

Parents/guardians whose district-issued technology device has a problem or if there is a password issue, the parent/guardian can also contact the Oakland Schools Service Desk.

Only the parent/guardian can call, not a student. The parent/guardian can grant approval during the call for the student to speak, as long as the parent remains present.

If you have any questions or require assistance, please contact the Oakland Schools Service Desk by creating a service ticket or by calling (248) 209-2060.
