Mission

The mission of the Lake Orion Elementary Schools Physical Education Department is to educate, develop, and promote positive attitudes towards lifetime physical activity through the acquisition of fitness, movement and sports related skills.

With a quality physical education program in place, students will be empowered with the knowledge and skills necessary to make responsible lifestyle choices that directly impact overall health and well-being.

The state of Michigan has physical education standards that help shape Lake Orion Community Schools' program.
